From one pilot to another
I built Runup because my own logbooks were a disaster. My Mooney burns about 9.5 gph in cruise, so a Pro account runs about 15 minutes of cruise a month. Or call it 2.4-ish gallons of 100LL. Pitch in a few gallons and the shoebox stays closed for good. Go fly.

Frequently asked questions
- Can I switch plans?
- Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.
- What counts as an aircraft?
- Each aircraft tail number is one aircraft. If you have N12345 and N67890, that's two aircraft. Multi-engine aircraft count as one aircraft.
- Do I need Pro Twin for my twin?
- Yes. The Twin Engine plan adds independent engine and propeller time tracking for each engine. Single Engine plans only track one engine and one propeller.
- How does the Sales Portal add-on work?
- The Sales Portal is a one-time $49 purchase per aircraft, available on any Pro plan. When you're ready to sell, activate the portal from your dashboard. It stays active for that aircraft until you deactivate it. No recurring fees.
- What happens to my data on the Free plan?
- Your data stays as long as your account exists. If you downgrade from Pro to Free, your existing records remain accessible but you won't be able to add new pages beyond the free limits.
- Can I manage multiple aircraft from one account?
- Yes. Pro plans support multiple aircraft from a single account. You can switch between aircraft in the dashboard. Each aircraft is billed separately. The Free plan is limited to one aircraft.
- How does billing work with multiple aircraft?
- Each aircraft on a Pro plan is billed separately at the per-aircraft rate. If you have three single-engine aircraft on Pro, that's $48/month.
